My teaching

My Tai Chi classes are based on the gentle form of movement. It can be practised without special fitness well into old age. It promotes flexibility, balance, concentration, memory, balance of emotions and much more.

Through regular practice, these conditions can be integrated into everyday life over time. With special warm-up exercises from various Qi Gong series and movement series, underpinned by anatomy and energy anatomy, I pave the way for the ten (up to forty-nine) basic principles of Tai Chi movements.

For those who wish to embark on the deeper spiritual journey of this particular Long Form, I accompany them in this physical experience: Tai Ji and More

Tai Chi can be practised as a physical therapeutic movement form both indoors and outdoors. All you need is comfortable clothing, curiosity and an openness to new forms of movement.
